ASL-S Package - Commissioned Build
Coachbuilt Build No. 001
Chassis: 067574
2026 Prius Limited (Guardian Grey)
Commissioned for: Shawn Liaguno

The ASL-S Package represents a commissioned coachbuilt project designed to elevate the 2026 Prius Limited beyond its factory specification. Every modification—exterior, interior, acoustic, and mechanical—was selected to refine the vehicle’s character while maintaining the integrity of the underlying Toyota engineering. The goal was not to transform the Prius into something it is not, but to extract the best possible version of what it can be: a modern hybrid reimagined with the precision and restraint of bespoke automotive craftsmanship. This build focuses on enhanced ride quality, reduced noise, improved tactile surfaces, a balanced and responsive chassis, and a cohesive design language that aligns with the owner’s vision. The result is a distinct, coachbuilt interpretation of the Prius Limited executed as ASL-S Build No. 001.
The exterior of ASL-S Build No. 001 was refined to create a more assertive yet cohesive presence while preserving the aerodynamic integrity of the Prius platform. The Guardian Grey finish is complemented by a series of subtle but deliberate upgrades designed to enhance proportion, stance, and visual continuity.A lowered ride height achieved through Eibach springs establishes a more planted posture without compromising daily drivability. Wheel and tire selection was curated to balance aesthetic impact with all-season performance and proper load rating for the hybrid chassis. Full-body XPEL PPF and Gtechniq ceramic treatment were applied to preserve the finish and elevate the vehicle’s long-term appearance. The full AIMGAIN exterior enhancements (front lip, rear diffuser, side skirts, roof spoiler, rear spoiler) are currently in production with estimated delivery in mid-2026. These components will be integrated into ASL-S Build No. 001 upon arrival and the build documentation will be updated accordingly. The exterior is intentionally free of unnecessary ornamentation. Each component—paint, trim, stance, and protection—was selected to support a unified design language that reflects the ASL-S philosophy: refinement without excess.

The interior of ASL-S Build No. 001 received a comprehensive series of enhancements focused on tactile quality, acoustic comfort, and visual cohesion. Touch points throughout the cabin were reupholstered using carefully selected materials and stitching patterns that integrate naturally with Toyota’s design language while offering a more bespoke feel.Custom armrests, console elements, and trim pieces were rebuilt to eliminate hollow resonance and improve structural solidity. The stitching color was matched precisely to the factory palette, ensuring a seamless transition between OEM components and coachbuilt additions. Attention was given not only to visible surfaces but also to the substructure beneath them, reducing flex and improving long-term durability. The result is an interior that retains the functional clarity of the Prius while presenting a more refined, crafted environment consistent with the ASL-S approach: purposeful upgrades that elevate the experience without disrupting the original ergonomics.
Acoustic Engineering & NVH Treatment
A central objective of ASL-S Build No. 001 was to achieve a level of acoustic composure uncommon in vehicles within this class. Extensive NVH treatment was integrated throughout the structure using layered materials chosen for their complementary damping properties. Kilmat and Second Skin deadening products were applied strategically across all exterior quarter panels and wheel wells, significantly reducing road noise and panel resonance without imposing unnecessary weight.Interior surfaces were further refined with Luxe and 3D molded floor systems, which contribute to both tactile quality and sound absorption. These enhancements were executed with the aim of approaching a near-Lexus level of cabin isolation while preserving the hybrid’s efficiency characteristics. The result is a markedly quieter, more composed environment that enhances long-distance comfort and elevates the overall driving experience. This NVH strategy reinforces the core ASL-S philosophy: refinement achieved through thoughtful engineering, not excessive modification.

Audio System Upgrade
The audio enhancements in ASL-S Build No. 001 were engineered to integrate seamlessly with the factory architecture while providing a richer, more controlled acoustic signature. Rather than replacing the OEM signal path, the upgrade focuses on complementing Toyota’s DSP tuning with a dedicated subwoofer system designed to add depth without overwhelming the cabin’s tonal balance.A custom enclosure was fabricated using birch materials to achieve optimal rigidity and resonance control. A dedicated amplifier and LOC interface were selected to preserve signal integrity from the JBL system while allowing precise low-frequency management. The subwoofer system was tuned for clarity, accuracy, and controlled extension—avoiding the exaggerated output typical of aftermarket installations. This approach maintains the factory soundstage while elevating low-end performance, resulting in an audio presentation that feels refined and intentional, consistent with the overall ASL-S philosophy.
Performance & Chassis Upgrades
ASL-S Build No. 001 incorporates a series of chassis-focused enhancements designed to improve handling precision and overall vehicle composure without compromising daily comfort. The Eibach Pro-Kit springs provide a modest reduction in ride height, lowering the vehicle’s center of gravity and contributing to a more settled stance. This adjustment enhances turn-in response and reduces body roll while preserving the hybrid’s practical usability. To further refine lateral stability, a Cusco 26mm rear sway bar was selected for its predictable and progressive behavior. This component improves mid-corner balance and reduces understeer, allowing the Prius platform to exhibit a more controlled and confident dynamic character. These upgrades are not intended to transform the Prius into a traditional performance car, but rather to bring an elevated sense of precision and connection to the driving experience. The ASL-S approach prioritizes composure, stability, and refinement—resulting in a chassis that feels more resolved and responsive in real-world conditions.
